CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY 

Jagat Pharma strives to give you the best shopping experience possible. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept the exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered.

  1. Jagat Pharma is not responsible for any damage caused after the delivery.
  2. In case of any problem or quality issue with the product, we exchange the product. All you need to do is call or email us within 24 hours of delivery. You can reach us at +91-8881001234, and our Customer Care will gladly help you.
  3. Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the original receipt/tags intact and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition and subject to the following terms-
  4. Returns and exchange requests will be subject to checking and vetting by Jagat Pharma.
  5. Product damages caused due to neglect and improper usage will not be covered under this Policy.
  6. No Refund shall be made once goods are sold.
  7. Shipping charges incurred on Free Trials are non-refundable
  8. All products, once purchased, are non-refundable. 
  9. Product sold in a physically damaged condition will be refunded.
  10. Product that has missing parts or accessories will be refunded.
  11. Please note that any partially paid amounts are non-refundable.

Customer-Initiated Return (Special Case)

If a customer still insists on returning the product:

Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Product must be:

  1. Unused
  2. Unopened
  3. In original packaging with seal intact

In such cases:

All charges will be borne by the customer, including:

  1. Return shipping charges
  2. Handling & processing fees
  3. Payment gateway / transaction charges

Any approved refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting all these charges.
